Semi-finals here we come!!

Wooohooo - we're through!

Against some really tough competition we have made it through to the semi-finals of Ramsay's Best Restaurant. It's such an honour to make it through and we're only here at this point because you guys made the effort to get your nominations in for Casamia. THANK YOU EVERYONE. We're loving the exciting filming with Channel 4 and Gordon Ramsay both at the restaurant and with him in London. It's been an exciting distraction so far but don't worry we're still full on in the kitchen, doing what we do best, and can't wait to see you all soon.

Don't forget to tune in for the semis and if you missed the first episode you can watch it on 4onDemand.

Ciao for now!

Welcome to our Blogsite/diary

This is our first post, in the future you will be able to get lots of up to date info about new ideas and generally what We are up to in the Casamia Kitchen and Development kitchen.
We are currently working on new designs and plans for are Development kitchen and hoping to get it of the ground by December.

Here's some Photos of our Recently fitted new kitchen, well almost new we have done all the work ourselves and sold allot of old equipment and furniture to pay for counters in the centre of the kitchen and the rest is using what we had, um.. also not to mention our fantastic Combi Oven in the corner of the kitchen which is  new on the Market from Hobart, we have spent 1 year helping them test and develop the oven and it is seriously cool! Hopefully other young chefs can see that without no budget and just hard work and determination you can get great results!!
